my little learners

Hi all today is about my little learners, ryan has spent hours making a homemade catapult every problem he faced he just worked right through them with no assistance from us using wood and tools etc even though we were trying to guide him we took a step back and realised he is 10 now he is capable of a lot more than what we think he is also on with reading his book the boy in the striped pjarmas thanks to his uncle kristofer who bought him it and the dvd lol, ruby is left handed she has taken a keen interest in all things cooking plus painting/drawing. Jack is using the potty during the day still a bit hit and miss when we have underwear and trousers on but im sure with the right encouragement we will get there in the end as he really wants to be like his big sister and hates having nappies on ruby is eating again hurray and me and richard have decided to try and work harder at things together rather than separetly we realised we make a good team when we work together hope this was of interest bye all x

WEEKEND WONDERS

Hi all well this weekend we have enjoyed the sun and had a lot of garden time playing my parents came down on sunday for tea and we are all getting excited about going on holiday in a few weeks time ruby has felt a bit un well recently and wouldnt eat but thankfully she is regaining her appetite slowly but surely i think we are going to try some baking again today the two little ones seem to love that the most not much to say at the moment as things are more relaxed i realised though after lots of thought ive not got a problem with the nurserys the children have attended i just have a problem with them going full stop as i love them being at home with me im sure i will adjust eventually x

NEARLY THE END OF THE WEEK

Hi all we are getting to the end of the week now and what fun we have had made some orange and cinnamon biscuits and some home made play doh jack has finally learned to jump and ruby suprised us by showing us she can count to five in spanish bless her and ryan has had a difficult week learning its not what you say its how you say it.
Stil on with re-decorating the house and and finishing the garden the list is never ending not to worry theres always tomorrow x

WHICH NURSERY

hi all today i got drenched taking ruby and jack to nursery who goes out in a cardigan when it forcasts rain? i am soo silly my issue at the minute is i love the nursery the kids are in but i love the nursery in our village i know i need to change them over because the bus is becomming an issue and i need to make my life so much easier and the bus is becoming irregular and i feel the children will be socialising with children who will be going to there school as they dont really have much other contact with other children and i dont feel confident enough to home school as much as i would love too i dont know maybe i need to just make a decision and just go for it but im one these i spend my life always confused any suggestions ???? night all x

THE BUS JOURNEY AND NURSERY

hi all well what can i say today has been interesting got up on time running to schedule till 7:50am "has anyone seen the cheque book" 20 minutes till time to set off and no one can find it i have to pay school dinners not to worry rang school no problems hurray sent ryan to breakfast club with our neighbour 1 down 2 to go : )
Short walk to bus stop with 2 toddlers with back packs and reigns few stumblings along the way and running hurray we made it time for humilliation no1 the bus isnt here 2 toddlers wailing on the floor why do i put myself through this lol finally get to nursery with no more hick ups thanks to bribbery via bananas sometimes yes i feel like i have monkeys .
Managed to drop ruby off at nursery now down to 1 things are going great were in the supermarket having a cuppa tea headed to my mums work were the shire smile of her face turns me too a gibbering wreak heaven knows why humilliation no2 shoppers are thinking i have been told of a death how wrong .
Ruby has finished nursery paid her fees too head for the bus decided to treat them to a cone of chips each while waiting for bus home at the bus stop ruby breaks free from my grip runs llike lightening she is only 3 but boy can she sprint had to let go of jack who is 2 to catch her as she is soo fast knowing he is unattended so scared finally caught her and run back to the bus stop luckily for once in my life jack did not move and run into the main road i sit at the bus thanking god that my children did not come to any harm shaking and hoping that i can just please make it home with everyone in one piece.
Tried ruby at a new nursery next to the school this afternoon got talking to a random stranger who needed to talk to me she has children same age as mine so i go in and have a cuppa and a chat it feels good to have done a good dead today open the door to go get ruby and humiliation no3 the heavens have opened and pushchair is drenched wet through hurray have to make it to nursery soaked with everything coated in black bags including children lol dh left raincover in shed doh ruby had a lovely time but over stimulated and over tired having been put in 2 settings today had complete melt down in future school infront of ryans teacher to be told ryan had been too silly today etc he did 6 things wrong and is grounded for 6 days had to walk home drenched with kids in free fall covered in black bags past a group of women who like to gossip about me thanks i just wanted to die lol finally made it home we are all dry and settled making tea power cut hurray tea in bin bowls of cereal out just what i needed but children in bed sleeping can finally relax maybe tomorrow will be better what doesnt kill me will only make me stronger night all x
